Skills and Competencies: * MS Dynamics hands on experience * Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices. * Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. * Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities. * Proficiency with Agile tools such as Azure Devops, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent. * Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. * Ability to work effectively in a remote and multicultural environment. Experience with Microsoft Teams * Understanding of working with different cultures, * Experience working with hybrid European/India teams. * Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. * Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes. ## Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our IT development team. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum process and ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles and practices.
