The supported hardware includes (but is not limited to) laptop and desktop PCs. Lab Compute Representative and sample site-specific scope covering Lab Compute includes the following typical activities: * Lab environment server hardware, IFWI (Firmware, BIOS) and operating system support * Break-fix coordination with Intel approved repair organizations * Deployment services / IMAC - lifecycle management * Asset management and asset disposal including e-waste. * Repair assistance General Support: * Intel Lab owners/managers with hardware or operating system issues can obtain support from Lab Compute IT support technicians, where available. * IT support technicians will adhere to Intel's defined policies and processes previously informed to SUPPLIER for the end-to-end hardware and operating system lifecycle management of Intel Lab environment hardware. The supported hardware includes (but is not limited to) servers, network switches, and power distribution equipment. Key Responsibilities End User Computing ("EUC") Representative and sample site-specific scope covering EUC includes the following typical activities: * Client support of Intel End User Computing hardware and applications * Locker inventory management * Infrastructure (Server, switches, and other High Value Inventory HVI) inventory management * Break-fix coordination with Intel approved repair organizations * Deployment services / IMAC - lifecycle management of Intel End User Computing hardware * Asset management and asset disposal including e-waste.
