## About the Role

* Strong commercial experience developing AI/LLM applications
 * Proven experience with Claude Code and Anthropic ecosystems
 * Deep understanding of agentic workflows and AI orchestration patterns
 * Strong Python development skills
 * Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar
 * Experience integrating APIs, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and tool-calling systems
 * Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment pipelines
 * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced contract environment

Nice to Have

 * Experience building internal AI copilots or workflow automation systems
 * Knowledge of evaluation frameworks, observability, and AI safety/guardrails
 * Frontend experience for AI interfaces or dashboards
 * Experience fine-tuning or working with multiple LLM providers

Our client wants someone hands-on, pragmatic, and highly technical, someone who can move quickly from concept to deployment and understands the realities of building reliable AI systems in production.

## Description

* Design and build AI agents and autonomous workflows using modern LLM frameworks
 * Develop production-grade systems around agent orchestration, memory, tool use, and multi-agent collaboration
 * Work extensively with Claude models and Anthropic tooling, including Claude Code
 * Build integrations with APIs, databases, internal systems, and external tools
 * Create scalable backend services for AI-powered applications
 * Improve reliability, observability, evaluation, and guardrails for agent behaviour
 * Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to rapidly prototype and deploy solutions
