## About the Role

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, As 1st Line Support, this role would suit someone with a positive, can-do attitude who is willing and able to support the IT needs of staff across the Practice. The successful applicant will provide day-to-day support and assistance to the existing IT team in relation to hardware, software and general IT issues within the business. The successful candidate will receive training across a variety of tasks in order to gain broad experience within a small and busy IT Department., Essential

 * Enthusiasm to learn new systems and skills, with a demonstrable interest in IT
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Friendly, positive approach
 * Ability to work as part of a team
 * Excellent computer literacy
 * Confident in using MS operating systems and MS Office products (Word, Outlook and Excel)
 * Self-motivated and proactive, able to troubleshoot
 * Excellent organisational skills
 * Understanding of a range of IT software and hardware

Desirable

 * Experience working within a professional services or legal environment

## Description

* To assist the IT Department and provide support with software and hardware issues as necessary
 * Provide 1st line support to all users across the firm, offering them support and guidance in the use of our operating systems and associated software
 * Develop skills and knowledge across various areas of IT support and systems
 * Support the preparation, maintenance and refurbishment of IT equipment
 * Assist with the development and testing of the company's case management software where required
 * Ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required
