Preferred Skills * E911 implementation and compliance * HELD Protocol migrations * Unified Communications * SIP Trunking * Cisco Voice * Avaya * Enterprise Network Infrastructure * Telecommunications Cost Optimization * Government IT procurement and contract management ## Description The Louisiana Office of Technology Services (OTS) is seeking an experienced Support Services Project Manager / Specialist to support the statewide Voice Service Modernization initiative. This role will lead large-scale telecommunications infrastructure modernization projects, including the migration of approximately 13,000 legacy AT&T copper services to modern VoIP and LTE technologies.
