## About the Role

+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field

 + With a Bachelor's Degree Minimum four (4) years experience. Experience in the analysis, design, build, testing, and maintenance of HL7 interfaces with a strong understanding of healthcare workflows related to electronic medical record systems

 + Without a Bachelor's Degree Minimum eight (8) years experience. Experience in the analysis, design, build, testing, and maintenance of HL7 interfaces with a strong understanding of healthcare workflows related to electronic medical record systems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

 + Working knowledge of the multiple interface/integration applications at Penn State Health

 + Experience with developing and maintaining system interfaces with focus on supporting back-end processes for financial and clinical applications

 + Experience in working with multiple integration vendors

 + Detailed knowledge of various integration and interface types (HL7, FHIR, API, etc.)

 + Previous experience working and supporting Rhapsody

 + Previous experience with JavaScript
