## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong Python development experience, hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, and practical knowledge of Azure OpenAI, agentic systems, APIs, and cloud-based application delivery., * Strong proficiency in Python.

 * Hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
 * Experience with Azure OpenAI SDKs, APIs, and deployment strategies.
 * Knowledge of agentic systems and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
 * Experience with cloud integration, REST APIs, and containerization tools such as Docker and/or Kubernetes.
 * Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy application features in an Agile environment.
 * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience developing enterprise AI applications.
 * Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
 * Understanding of vector databases and data pipelines.
 * Knowledge of security and compliance considerations related to AI systems.
 * Experience supporting internal developer platforms or self-service technology portals.

## Description

* Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
 * Work with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to understand requirements and refine user stories.
 * Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled application features for internal portal platforms.
 * Build solutions using Python, LLMs, prompt engineering, Azure OpenAI SDKs/APIs, and related AI technologies.
 * Develop and integrate REST APIs to support application functionality and platform capabilities.
 * Support the implementation of agentic systems and Model Context Protocol concepts where applicable.
 * Create scalable, maintainable code aligned to enterprise development standards.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, validate functionality, and support deployments.
 * Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement of the platform.
 * Help ensure AI solutions are built with appropriate security, compliance, and reliability considerations.
