## Description

Du arbeitest direkt mit der Geschäftsführung und Operation Manager an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform, Automationen und AI Systeme.

Deine Hauptaufgaben:

 * Aufbau und Optimierung automatisierter Workflows für Kampagnen, Forecasting, Reporting und Billing
 * Entwicklung skalierbarer Prozesse für tausende automatisierte Kampagnen pro Tag
 * Weiterentwicklung unseres AI driven Campaign Operating Systems
 * Entwicklung neuer Automationen mit Lovable, n8n, Make und AI APIs
 * Aufbau intelligenter AI Prozesse mit OpenAI, Claude, Gemini und weiteren Modellen
 * Testing und Optimierung neuer AI Features und Plattform Logiken
 * Analyse und Optimierung von Performance Daten über Meta, Google und TikTok
 * Aufbau von Monitoring, Alerting und Quality Control Systemen
 * Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung der weltweit führenden AI Plattform für Live Entertainment Marketing, * Aufbau eines potenziellen Unicorns im AI und Entertainment Bereich
 * Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung
 * Extrem viel Verantwortung und Gestaltungsspielraum
