Strategically engage with client personnel. * Acting as a product owner and a senior business analyst, you will support the execution of a strategic initiative designed to build a merchant service services, digital application. * Work closely with other product owners on the team to perform analysis, gather requirements, and help to design solutions in partnership with Technology teams. * Support business readiness activities, such as partnering with communication and training teams to ensure our sales and operations teams are ready to support the backend processes from the digital application experience. * Leverage project management skills to stay on task and ensure strong organization and delivery of expected results.
