## Description

* Planung, Installation, Beschaffung, Konfiguration und Administration unserer IT-Systeme und Netzwerke
 * Betreuung, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Clients, Netzwerke, Cloud-Dienste)
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich (First- und Second-Level-Support)
 * Unterstützung und Beratung der Anwender bei technischen Fragestellungen sowie Durchführung von Schulungen
 * Dokumentation von Systemänderungen, IT-Prozessen und IT-Umgebungen
 * Mitwirken bei IT-Projekten wie Systemmigrationen, Rollouts und der Einführung neuer Technologien
