## Description

* Tiefgehende Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung komplexer Störungen im Kundenumfeld
 * Konfiguration, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Hard- und Software, Betriebssystemen sowie Serverdiensten
 * Durchführung von Änderungen im IT-Umfeld unserer Kunden
 * Inbetriebnahme neuer Hardware vor Ort oder remote, * Einweisung und Schulung von Kunden und Mitarbeitern in neue oder geänderte Systeme
 * Erstellung und Pflege von technischer Dokumentation
 * Sicherstellung sauberer Übergaben, Standards und nachhaltiger Lösungen
