Able to positively represent Johnson Controls and communicate with others at varying managerial and technical levels. ## Description The HR Technology Lead is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems and applications for the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE). The HR Technology Lead ensures that these systems and applications support the strategic goals and objectives of the organization and comply with the relevant laws and regulations.
