## Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Network Administrator to handle essential infrastructure tasks. This is an ideal position for a CCNA-certified professional looking for consistent, low-volume supplemental work (approx. 1-2 hours/week) with the potential to scale up during project phases or peak periods. Candidates will be required to build a network infrastructure and maintain it as directed.

Core Responsibilities:

 * Perform routine network maintenance, firmware updates, and configuration backups.
 * Monitor network health and troubleshoot connectivity/performance issues as they arise.
 * Maintain documentation for network topology and security policies.
 * Act as an on-call escalation point for basic network-related inquiries., * Flexibility: Baseline of initial network construction hours then additional 1-2 hours per week, with opportunities for extra hours/pay during scheduled upgrades or special projects.
 * Autonomy: We trust our experts to own their tasks.
