Preferred * Experience with cloud platforms, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Experience leading Oracle Cloud adoption, migration, and modernization initiatives. * Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM architecture, configuration, security, integrations, and deployment methodologies. * Experience supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation programs, including change management, user adoption, and business process optimization. * Experience supporting federal government agencies or highly regulated industries. * Knowledge of cloud security frameworks, governance models, risk management practices, and compliance standards. * Experience implementing organizational change management frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent methodologies. * Relevant certifications in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, cloud technologies, project management, risk management, or change management. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Practice/Technology Manager to lead Cloud Adoption and Risk Management initiatives for enterprise and government clients. This leadership role is responsible for driving cloud transformation efforts, overseeing change management implementation, and ensuring successful technical and functional configuration of cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong consulting leadership, cloud technology expertise, and organizational change management experience to help clients successfully adopt cloud technologies while managing operational, security, compliance, and business risks.
