## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in IAM engineering
 * Experience with tools such as Micro sof t Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, or AWS IAM
 * Knowledge of DoD IL2, IL4, and IL5 security frameworks and compliance standards
 * Ability to design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management ( IAM ) solutions within secure cloud and on-premises environments
 * Secret clearance
 * Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

 * Experience supporting IAM in Cloud environments, including Azure or AWS
 * Experience with authentication protocols, including SAML, OAuth, or OpenID Connect, role-based access control ( RBAC ) , multi-factor authentication ( MFA ) , and identity federation across hybrid environments
 * Experience with Public Key Infrastructure ( PKI ) and Single Sign On ( SSO )
 * Experience with COTS IAM tools such as MSFT AD, MSFT ADCS, Keyfactor PKI, and RSA Tokens
 * Certified Information Systems Security Professional ( CISSP ) , AWS Certified Security - Spe cia lty, or Micro sof t Certified: Identity and Access Certification
