## Description

Kaimetrix is seeking a Video Telecommunications Specialist - Level II to support video teleconferencing (VTC) and audio/visual (AV) systems in a secure, mission-critical environment. This role is responsible for performing video operations, supporting troubleshooting activities, and ensuring VTC systems operate at optimal performance while providing user support and training.

What you'll do

 * Perform video capturing and transfer video content to media streaming servers
 * Troubleshoot VTC and conference room equipment and execute repairs or initiate and track trouble tickets
 * Schedule AV/VTC sessions, maintain call schedules, and coordinate conference reservations
 * Provide client consulting and training on the use of audio/visual and VTC systems, including control interfaces and configurations
 * Act as equipment custodian and perform inventory asset management and accountability functions
 * Ensure VTC and conference room systems operate at optimal performance and capacity
 * Assist in resolving technical issues to maintain continuity of services and support mission operations
