Do you have a valid CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner certification?, Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in database administration or related data management roles

## Description

Kaimetrix is seeking a Database Administrator - Level III to support the day-to-day management and maintenance of enterprise database systems in a secure, mission-critical environment. This role ensures the availability, performance, integrity, and security of critical data assets while supporting database operations and administration activities.

What you'll do

 * Perform database installation, configuration, performance monitoring, and security administration
 * Execute backup and recovery operations to ensure data protection and system continuity
 * Conduct performance tuning and optimization to ensure efficient database performance
 * Assist in defining functional requirements, data relationships, and storage needs for database systems
 * Create and maintain standard operating procedures, maintenance guides, and knowledge base documentation for database platforms
 * Participate in on-call support and assist with resolving database-related issues to maintain system availability
 * Support implementation of database security measures and ensure adherence to security policies
