 * Bachelor's degree in technical or scientific field from an accredited college or university.

 * Three (3) years of recent and relevant experience.

## Description

KAIROS, Inc is searching for an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated Systems Engineer, Journeyman to join our team. This position will be onsite in Pax River, MD., * Program Office: PMA-273 (Naval Undergraduate Flight Training Systems Program Office) is responsible for managing the aircraft, simulators, and associated systems that support the U.S. Navy's undergraduate pilot training pipeline.

 * Role Focus: Provides engineering and acquisition support to the Assistant Program Manager for Systems Engineering (APMSE) in the management of the T-6B Texan II - primary fixed-wing training aircraft.

 * Support systems engineering activities related to sustainment, upgrades, and safety of the T-6B Texan II.

 * Monitor system performance, integration and airworthiness

 * Coordinate with stakeholders across NAVAIR, training squadrons, and contractors to ensure fleet readiness and training mission effectiveness.

 * Contribute to risk management, technical documentation, and compliance with acquisition standards.
