* Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM Forms
 * Hands-on development of: XDP Forms, Adaptive Forms, HTML5 Forms
 * Solid Java development experience
 * AEM Custom Component development experience
 * Experience integrating AEM Forms with backend systems using APIs
 * Strong knowledge of: XML / XSD, JavaScript, HTML / CSS
 * Experience with: AEM Workbench, AEM Forms Designer, Sling & OSGi frameworks
 * Source control and build tools: Git, Maven or Gradle

Required Education

 * No Education Requirements

Preferred Skills

 * Cloud experience (AEM as a Cloud Service, Adobe Managed Services, Azure, AWS, or GCP)
 * Exposure to AI or intelligent document processing, such as: Intelligent Capture, OCR, classification, or data extraction
 * OpenText experience: Intelligent Capture, Output Transformation Services (OTS), Exstream / Streamserve

Design, develop, and maintain AEM Forms solutions. Build and customize AEM components, templates, and workflows. Integrate AEM Forms with enterprise systems and third-party platforms. Support on-prem and cloud-based AEM implementations. Optimize performance and troubleshoot production issues.
