Additional experience may substitute * Experience: 8+ years of related experience OR in lieu of Bachelor's, an additional four (4) years of related experience * Technical skills: * Demonstrated Operations experience with Windows OS including administration, management, and troubleshooting. * Experience utilizing security tools (Qualys) to monitor and remediate vulnerabilities. * Experience with VMware virtual environment. * Experience with CLOUD platforms Azure and OCI. * Understanding of proactive monitoring concepts. * Experience with patching and maintaining server builds. * Ability to monitor and diagnose Windows server issues. * Demonstrated knowledge of the following infrastructure principles: + Scalability and Capacity planning + Backup/Recovery * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware/software issues, restore the environment to an operational state with minimal downtime, perform root cause analysis and provide a forward leaning mitigation strategy * Participate in On-Call support rotation. * Linux experience and skills desired * Location: Remote * US Person * Role requirements, Years of Experience 8 + years of related experience * may vary based on technical training, certification(s), or degree ## Description Advance how our customers operate while you advance your career.
