This position combines traditional desktop support responsibilities with hands-on field service work, providing critical technology support for both office personnel and remote operational sites. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and supporting users in dynamic environments., End-User Technology Support * Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and other end-user hardware. * Support Windows-based systems and resolve common software, hardware, and connectivity issues. * Perform equipment replacements, upgrades, and asset inventory activities. Field Technology Services * Travel to operational sites to diagnose and resolve network, communications, and device-related issues. * Support cellular and satellite communication systems utilized in remote locations. * Assist users with mobile devices, connectivity challenges, and technology-related service requests. Infrastructure & Security Systems * Participate in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of video surveillance and remote monitoring equipment. * Ensure field technology components remain operational and aligned with business requirements. * Assist with basic network equipment setup and cabling when required.
