## About the Role

Our client, aerospace engineering organization is seeking a Sr Systems Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Systems Engineer , you will be part of the engineering and systems team supporting cross-functional engineering teams . The ideal candidate will have excellent cross-functional communication , strong documentation skills , and stakeholder management skills which will align successfully in the organization., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

 * 5+ years of experience in software/systems engineering tooling
 * Proven experience integrating IBM ELM with enterprise PLM systems
 * Strong experience with ARP4754 frameworks and interaction with DO-178C and DO-254 standards

## Description

* Design, implement, and maintain the IBM ELM/Jazz platform to support aerospace workflows and Digital Thread initiatives
 * Integrate IBM ELM with enterprise systems (PLM, CAD, ERP, MES) and build data pipelines using OSLC and REST APIs
 * Administer and configure IBM ELM tools, including DOORS NG, EWM, ETM, and related components
 * Ensure compliance with ARP4754 and manage traceability, verification, and safety-critical workflows
 * Develop automation, reporting dashboards, and manage change requests, defect tracking, and workflow processes
