HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT 1. Partner with Enterprise Architecture function and IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance team to develop and implement AI Governance Frameworks: Create comprehensive frameworks that include policies, standards and best practices for AI development and deployment. Publish AI policy framework (data use, privacy, fairness, transparency). 2. Risk Assessment: Conduct model risk assessments, complete DPIAs/PIAs; define approval gates and documentation. 3. Collaboration: Partner with Legal/Security on vendor risk, contracts, and incident response. Work with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate AI governance principles into project development. 4. Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on AI governance best practices and ensure adherence to established policies. 5.
