 * Kenntnisse in Virtualisierung (Hyper V) und Backup Lösungen
 * Erfahrung mit Netzwerksicherheit (Firewall/VPN), Logging/Monitoring (z. B. SIEM light)
 * Zertifizierungen (z. B. Microsoft, IT Security) sind ein Plus

## Description

* Planung, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT Infrastruktur (Server, Clients, Netzwerk)
 * Schwerpunkt IT Security : Umsetzung technischer und organisatorischer Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (Hardening, Patch --/Update Strategien, MFA, Endpoint Schutz, Backup/Recovery, Monitoring)
 * Einführung und Ausbau von Microsoft 365 (u. a. Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune)
 * Identifikation und Behebung von Störungen (2nd/3rd Level), Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
 * Dokumentation von Systemen/Prozessen sowie Mitarbeit an IT Richtlinien und Standards
 * Mitarbeit in IT Projekten (Rollouts, Migrationen, Verbesserungen der Security und Betriebsprozesse)
