 * Erfahrung oder ausgeprägtes Interesse in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche: Large Language Models und RAG-Systeme, Agenten-Frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph), Container-Plattformen (Kubernetes, OpenShift), relationale Datenbanken und Vektor-Datenbanken
 * Von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse in: LLM-Serving (z.B. vLLM), GitOps (z.B. ArgoCD), FastAPI, Docker, Prometheus/Grafana oder normativ geprägten Entwicklungsumfeldern
 * Gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse
 * Kommunikationsstärke, Eigenständigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team

## Description

* Sie entwickeln unsere unternehmensinterne KI-Plattform aktiv mit - vom bestehenden Retrieval-Augmented-Generation-System hin zu spezialisierten KI-Agenten und perspektivisch einem Multi-Agenten-System.
 * Sie setzen LLM-basierte Workflows für konkrete interne Use-Cases um (z.B. Anforderungsextraktion aus Dokumenten, Wissensmanagement, Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender, Normenrecherche) und führen sie zur produktiven Reife.
 * Sie betreiben und erweitern unsere KI-Infrastruktur auf OpenShift - mit Kubernetes, GitOps und modernen Observability-Werkzeugen.
 * Sie arbeiten an unseren Datenpipelines: Dokumenten-Ingestion, Embedding-Services, Vektordatenbanken, Hybrid-Retrieval.
 * Sie tauschen sich eng mit dem KI-Team, den Fachabteilungen und unseren KI-Gremien (Key-User-Runde, KI-Forum) aus und bringen Ihre Sicht in die Weiterentwicklung der KI-Strategie ein.
