## Description

Wir suchen eine/n engagierte/n IT-Administrator/in (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres IT-Teams. In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur, die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs sowie die Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei technischen Fragestellungen. Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich und bringen Ihre Fachkenntnisse ein, um unsere IT-Systeme effizient und sicher zu gestalten. Dabei profitieren Sie von einem innovativen Arbeitsumfeld und der Möglichkeit, Ihre Fähigkeiten kontinuierlich auszubauen., * Betreuung und Optimierung von Microsoft 365 / Hybrid Umgebungen

 * Unterstützung im Service Desk bei IT-Anfragen und Störungen
 * Verwaltung und Administration von Windows- und Linux-Servern
 * Durchführung von Wartungen, Updates und Fehleranalysen in der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit und Performance-Optimierung
 * Dokumentation der IT-Prozesse und Systemkonfigurationen
