Whether you're leading a team, engineering processes, or driving projects, your work ensures that our customers' products are stored, handled, and delivered with precision. Provide frontline support for warehouse systems by serving as the primary liaison between IT, regional operations leadership, and warehouse floor users. Responsible for troubleshooting system issues, supporting WMS functionality, maintaining master data, training local users, and escalating technical problems to corporate IT as needed. Ensure smooth and efficient daily warehouse operations through proactive system monitoring and issue prevention. We have 2 shifts available- 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm and 2nd shift 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday- Friday. Come join the team in Groveport, Oh!! How you create impact * Act as primary on-site contact for warehouse system issues, providing first-level troubleshooting and escalating to IT as needed. * Monitor system performance and maintain WMS data, including location master data, SKUs, and system configurations. * Support system updates, validate setups, and ensure alignment with customer and operational requirements. * Deliver user support and training for warehouse staff, including onboarding and new system features. * Maintain process documentation, update SOPs, and support accurate reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations leaders and corporate IT, on system upgrades and implementations., Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools may be used to support portions of the recruitment process, such as reviewing application materials or assisting with scheduling.
