## About the Role

Do you have experience in Terraform?, * Several years of experience in a medium to large corporate environment or software house

 * Experience working with remote engineering teams with diverse backgrounds
 * 5+ years in DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering
 * 3 + years in a management role with demonstrated experience in leading and developing DevOps teams
 * Strong leadership and ability to develop and guide engineers
 * Strong knowledge of DevOps principles (CI/CD, automation, reliability)
 * Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud environments
 * Clear communication across technical and non-technical teams with fluent English
 * Strategic mindset focused on scalability and stability
 * Ownership and accountability for delivery and outcomes
 * Adaptability to evolving AI and cloud technologies

## Description

* Lead and mentor the DevOps engineers, providing day-to-day guidance, removing blockers, and acting as an escalation point
 * Set clear goals and expectations, including regular 1:1s, performance feedback, development plans, and ongoing coaching through mentoring and knowledge sharing
 * Define and drive the DevOps strategy aligned with enterprise standards
 * Oversee Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, cost efficiency, and monitoring performance, usage, and spending to address risks and inefficiencies
 * Support the operationalization of AI/ML solutions and MLOps practices
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable reliable AI platform delivery and act as a technical advisor contributing to strategic roadmap planning
 * Govern and promote Infrastructure as Code, defining and enforcing IaC standards and best practices (Terraform)
 * Ensure effective CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, including governance via code reviews and CI/CD validation
 * Drive adoption of IaC and DevOps practices through training and reusable modules
