What Would Be Nice To Have: * Experience supporting federal project ## Description * Designs software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain, analyses and manages their implementation. * Manages software development and support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams and other accepted design techniques. * Interprets software requirements and design specifications to code and integrates and tests software components. * Estimates software development costs and schedule. * May supervise a staff of programmers and/or other engineers.
