Specialized Citrix & Technical Skills * Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with the design, implementation, and operational support of enterprise Citrix environments (required). * Technical Depth: Demonstrated background in resolving complex environment-wide issues, performance tuning, and advanced infrastructure troubleshooting. * Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills. Preferred Certifications * Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization (CCA-V) or Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization (CCP-V). Physical Requirements * Mobility & Posture * Standing: Continuous * Sitting: Continuous ## Description The System Engineer III reports to the Manager, Endpoint Delivery & Security in support of MUSC's academic, research, and healthcare missions. Under general supervision, the System Engineer III possesses a deep technical understanding of configuring, optimizing, and securing Citrix technologies and their underlying server infrastructures. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and fully managing a complex enterprise Citrix infrastructure, constructing and maintaining multiple end-to-end environments to facilitate scalable application and virtual desktop delivery to a diverse range of endpoints.
