This role will contribute to enhancing both pre- and post-purchase experiences, with a particular focus on returns, replenishment, and ongoing customer interaction journeys. A portfolio submission is required for consideration., The UX Designer will play a critical role in shaping end-to-end customer experiences across returns and repeat engagement product areas. This includes supporting journeys such as replenishment, repeat purchasing, returns processing, and issue resolution. The designer will help identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce friction, and create intuitive digital experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business outcomes. Working in a highly collaborative environment, this individual will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, Content, Accessibility, and Business stakeholders to translate customer needs, business goals, and technical requirements into scalable, user-centered solutions.
