## Description

* Betreuung, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur unserer Kunden (Netzwerk, Server, Clients)
 * Analyse, Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten, insbesondere im Bereich Cloud, IT-Sicherheit und Telekommunikation
 * Unterstützung bei Störungen sowie eigenständige Problemanalyse und -behebung (remote oder vor Ort)
 * Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten sowie technischer Support für unsere Kunden
 * Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Systeme und Prozesse
 * Technische Betreuung eines Zweitliga Stadions
 * Optional: Spezialisierung in Bereichen wie Microsoft 365, Firewall-Lösungen, Virtualisierung oder Telefonanlagen
