Responsibilities include responding to network-related alerts from PRTG, participating in incident response and troubleshooting for connectivity, access control, and security-related issues, and supporting network segmentation and enterprise routing concepts. The role works closely with a dedicated networking team and requires strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VPNs, and network security principles, though hands-on configuration is handled by another group. The analyst will also support hybrid and cloud connectivity, collaborate during incidents, and communicate effectively across teams using ServiceNow. Participation in 2-week system and patching rotations is required to support overall infrastructure stability. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire, career-oriented role supporting a complex enterprise network environment.
