We're recruiting for a friendly and growing company looking to add a new Junior Tech Support Advisor to their existing team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a naturally helpful personality who enjoys technology and wants to build a long-term career within a relaxed, supportive and down-to-earth environment.

You do NOT need previous technical support experience - personality, attitude and willingness to learn are far more important here.

The Role:

 * Supporting customers with product and technical queries
 * Responding via email and live chat
 * Troubleshooting and problem solving
 * Learning products and systems through hands-on training
 * Working closely with the wider technical support team
