We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Lead with a strong background in embedded aerospace software testing to lead verification and validation activities for safety-critical systems., * DO-178B (DO-178C experience is also valuable)

 * Functional Testing of Embedded Software
 * C++
 * Embedded Software Verification & Validation
 * Test Automation
 * Test Strategy & Test Planning
 * Experience leading QA/Test teams
 * Strong understanding of safety-critical software development

Preferred Skills:

 * Hardware-Software Integration Testing
 * RTRT (IBM Rational Test RealTime)
 * Aerospace/Avionics domain experience

Candidates with hands-on experience testing embedded avionics software under DO-178B/DO-178C standards are highly encouraged to apply.
