## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Scrum Master roles.
 * Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.
 * Hands-on experience with Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
 * Experience in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and budget tracking.
 * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
 * Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
 * Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks is preferred.

## Description

* Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
 * Manage end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure.
 * Track project progress using tools like Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
 * Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
 * Coordinate with business stakeholders, development, QA, and external vendors.
 * Monitor project budgets, timelines, and overall project health.
 * Conduct status meetings, reporting, and escalation management.
 * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
 * Remove team impediments and promote Agile best practices.
 * Work with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
 * Track sprint metrics (velocity, burndown charts) and drive continuous improvement.
 * Ensure compliance with governance, security, and quality standards.
