This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Infrastructure Operations Analyst to play a key role in leading our clients service operations and ensuring the delivery of robust, efficient, and user-centric IT services across the group., The Infrastructure Operations Analyst will be part of the Group Digital and Technology team and be the central point of contact for all UK IT service-related matters. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of IT services, from incident resolution to continuous improvement and take ownership of our clients support vendors, ensuring services are delivered to the highest standards and meet the evolving needs of the business. You will also have the opportunity to oversee the service desk provision and be expected to leverage AI in your role and to proactively identify opportunities to improve productivity for the business., Service Management * Oversee and maintain the IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, including Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management, ensuring adherence to best practices. * Act as the primary escalation point for major incidents and unresolved issues, managing them through to a successful conclusion. * Develop, monitor, and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve service quality. Global Operating Model Definition & Transition * In collaboration with local and group stakeholders, define and document a clear future-state operating model for infrastructure and cybersecurity. * Establish clear lines of ownership, accountability, governance, and ways of working between the UK and global teams. * Act as the key bridge between local business needs and global technology strategy, fostering alignment and effective collaboration. Vendor & Stakeholder Management and Communications * Manage the Service Desk provision to ensure first level support is best in class and high standards maintained. * Communicate updates to the business by translating technical concepts and IT initiatives into clear, business focused communications for non-technical stakeholders. * Act as a bridge between IT and the wider business to support decision-making. * Manage relationships with third-party support partners and vendors, ensuring they meet their contractual obligations and deliver exceptional service. * Proactively engage with key stakeholders and business leaders to, manage understand their requirements expectations, and ensure IT services are aligned with business objectives. * Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business users, communicating technical issues and project updates in clear, non-technical language.
