This role sits at the intersection of operational excellence, AI-native process design, and advanced analytics, with direct accountability for delivering measurable gross margin and OpEx impact. This is not an incremental improvement role. This is a mandate to fundamentally reimagine how MiniMed operates - using domain expertise, AI automation and data as primary levers.
