What Desired Skills You'll Bring: * Weapons School and/or PME graduate; Joint Targeting Course or Target Development Course. * Prior combatant command or joint staff experience in a fires or operations role. * Familiarity with JFN, IJFC, CJADC2, and ABMS. * Familiarity with Maven Smart System (MSS) and its associated tool suites * Familiarity with one or more of: Service and component fires enterprises, Air Operations Center (AOC) operations, and C5ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) integration. * Experience supporting joint capability development, experimentation, or assessment efforts. * Supervisory or team-lead experience on a government services contract. ## Description Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Joint Fires Integration SME Site Lead to join our team! In this role the Site Lead anchors the team as the senior on-site integrator and primary customer interface, and sets the bar for the three SMEs.
