Physical Requirements * Regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods. * Frequently required to use hands, reach with arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. * Occasionally required to sit. * Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. * Must be able to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts, varying temperatures, and noise levels. Axis Pipe and Tube LLC ## Description The Team Lead is a frontline leadership role responsible for supporting and coordinating the day-to-day operations of their assigned department at Axis Pipe and Tube. This position leads and supports team members to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
