## Description

* Join a dynamic team as a Lead Workday HCM Solution Architect, responsible for leading and delivering innovative HR technology projects within the Human Capital Management (HCM) domain.
 * Utilize your strong project management expertise, deep analytical skills, and solution architecture creativity to optimize Workday functionalities.
 * Partner closely with clients to understand their pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance system efficiency.
 * Lead functional projects, configure new functionalities, and architect cohesive Workday HCM and Compensation solutions while managing a small team of functional analysts.
 * Mentor junior staff and ensure all deliverables meet organizational standards.
 * U.S. citizenship required due to operational security, with a focus on delivering impactful technology solutions in a collaborative environment.
