Junior engineers will receive coaching and guidance from senior engineers and leadership as they develop their skills and will become part of an agile organization and contribute to the development of the CRD/Alpha Platform., * B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field. * 0-2 years of professional software engineering experience, internship experience, or equivalent academic project experience. * Foundational programming experience in one or more languages such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or C#. * Interest in building high-quality software in a collaborative, agile environment., * Exposure to React, Node.js, SQL, cloud platforms, DevOps, testing frameworks, or distributed systems. * Exposure to LLM concepts, prompt design, AI APIs, or AI-assisted development through coursework, internships, or project experience. * Interest in financial technology, portfolio management, trading, compliance, post-trade, IBOR, or wealth management.
