This role will partner with public sector executives, agency leaders, CIOs, CTOs, chief data officers, program leaders, security teams, academic stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate mission and operational challenges into scalable, responsible AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of SLED operating environments, public sector data ecosystems, cloud architecture, digital services, cybersecurity, compliance, procurement dynamics, and responsible AI practices. This person will lead solution design across areas such as constituent services, benefits administration, permitting, public safety support, transportation, workforce services, education operations, student services, grants management, contact centers, case management, and administrative automation.
