This long-term position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a dedicated and experienced development team. Development will be done using the Eclipse/NaturalONE environment, and the work will focus on both production support and software development for Retirement Claims and Financial Services systems., * 6+ years of hands-on experience with Natural programming and ADABAS databases. * Experience working in the NaturalONE/Eclipse environment. * Solid knowledge of payroll, accounting, or financial systems (Retirement Claims knowledge is a plus). * Experience with production support and troubleshooting application issues. Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with JCL, batch and online processing. * Experience writing or maintaining technical documentation. * Understanding of software version control and development best practices. * Exposure to integration of legacy systems with modern platforms. Education: * Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered. Additional Duties/Skills: * Comfortable providing training, mentoring, and support to junior or permanent staff. * Ability to collaborate remotely with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. ## Description * Great team culture with committed, experienced developers. * Senior developers are onsite and available to provide support and guidance. * Emphasis on team collaboration and shared knowledge.
