Ability to identify and resolve issues in response to customer request for support. Supports Board of Trustee meetings, forum and customer outreach events, and public input session. Provides setup, operation and breakdown of audio and visual equipment for both internal and external events. Assists with Corporate Communication and Public Relations events at sites as well as other locations in San Antonio and surrounding service areas. Schedules and coordinates with employees and vendors the delivery and installation of A/V and printer equipment. Sponsored events can occur after normal business hours, weekends and Holidays. Additional responsibilities include creating troubleshooting procedures, product use documentation end user training materials, vendor mgmt., and staying current on recent industry related technologies. Position requires call duty rotation to provide 24 x 7 support, if needed.
