This position leverages statistical tools, data visualization techniques, and process analytics to support executive-level decision-making, governance boards, and enterprise IT planning across the CIO organization., * Use statistical tools and analytical methods to identify IT spend and budget reduction trends to support investment decisions and low priority list formulation * Use data and process analytic techniques to identify dependencies between IT systems and capabilities to determine the true cost of IT components on the DIA IT environment * Provide data-based recommendations on all resource and program activities * Provide data analysis support to CIO and DIA governance boards including: * + Resource Management Board (RMB) + IT Executive Council (ITEC) + DoDIIS Executive Council (DEC) + Mission Advisory Group (MAG) * Support Agency processes including Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), Risk Management, and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) activities, * Travel will be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements. Level of Responsibility: * Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs. Level of Supervision Required: * The supervisor sets the overall objectives and resources available.
