This is a highly technical, hands-on role responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining marketing automation solutions across email, SMS, and digital patient engagement journeys. Reporting to the SFMC Lead Development Manager, this role will partner closely with business stakeholders, program managers, and technical teams to transform business requirements into scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
