Preferred Qualifications: * Experience supporting Knowledge Management, Information Management, Program Management, Organizational Change Management, Collaboration Technologies, or related mission support functions. * Experience supporting USSOCOM, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), Service Components, Combatant Commands, or Joint organizations. * Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, collaboration platforms, workflow modernization, or information-sharing environments. * Agile, ITIL, or similar professional certifications. Clearance Requirement: * Must hold at minimum Active Secret (Top Secret with SCI eligibility preferred) * Must be a US Citizen ## Description Kentro is seeking an experienced Site Lead to support a large-scale Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM) program for U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), supporting NSWC at the Naval Amphibious Base. The Site Lead serves as the primary on-site representative responsible for coordinating contract execution, engaging stakeholders, supporting knowledge management initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery of program objectives. This position requires a collaborative leader capable of working across military, government, civilian, and contractor organizations within a dynamic operational environment.
