The employee oversees the design, implementation, and ongoingoptimization of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and platforms, with a primary focus on OpenTextService Management Automation X (SMAX) and Universal CMDB (UCMDB) to deliver robust configurationmanagement and service excellence.
