## About the Role

* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, plus 4-5 years of professional experience.
 * SAFE Program Consultant (SPC) certification preferred.
 * Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, Lean-Agile principles, and the SAFe framework.
 * Excellent facilitation, communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
 * Experience in managing and resolving conflicts.
 * Proficiency in Agile and project management tools such as Azure DevOps., * Experience leading large and complex projects.
 * Familiarity with software development processes and practices.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

(Required or Preferred) Education:

 * Associate's degree or equivalent years of work experience.

Desired Certification(s):

 * Certification in project management or agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP).

## Description

* Oversee all aspects of the project, leading a team on large projects or significant segments of large and complex projects.
 * Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions.
 * Provide applications systems analysis and develop long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities.
 * Ensure adherence to agile methodologies, Lean-Agile principles, and the SAFe framework.
 * Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
 * Coach and mentor team members on agile practices and principles.
 * Manage and resolve conflicts within the team or between stakeholders.
 * Utilize Agile and project management tools such as Azure DevOps to track progress and facilitate collaboration.
